We have to make sure that we are protected in case we have some close to appoiment time cancelation. We understand that things happen and there may a need to cancel or to reschedule.
We will send you reminder emails 2 days before your service that way you will be fully aware we will be either receiving your car or coming to you.
Cancelations of less then $350
In case of a cancellation within 24 hours of service start time client will be liable for 20% of that service.
If more then $350
If amount is larger then $350 customer will be liable for the FULL amount fo the service.
Larger services require staff and prep time.
so please understand that we need sufficient heads up on any cancellation.
